Wanted: Professional Entrepreneurs between the ages of 30-55. Educated, driven, able to communicate from the head and from the heart.

It's no secret that anyone can build a website or create a logo these days. With the number of templates and services available on the web you can build a website for free on sites like homestead.com and officelive.com, pay a recurring fee on sites like networksolutions.com or godaddy.com and even pay tens of thousands of dollars for a design firm to do it for you. But, if you speak with anyone who's built a successful business online or offline and they'll tell you that a website is not the magic bullet to success. If that were the case everyone you know would have a successful business (and they don't, do they?).

That's what some people try to do. My mother's from Louisianna, and she always said "if it ain't broke, don't fix it and if it don't fit, don't force it." There have even been songs written about this. The concept works with objects as well as people. If you're like me you chose to be an entrepreneur because you wanted greater control over your career destiny. That means you and I get to choose who we work with and how we work it and the reward for that is a profitable and joyful partnership!

There have definitely been people that I've turned down working with because we just wouldn't be able to get the best results from our union (I liken it to marriage or a really, really good relationship). I work well with a certain type of person. Does this describe you?
